This notice describes how personal data are processed in relationships with J-Care Srl clients and patients.

2. Data processed and sources
Personal, identification, tax and contact details are supplied directly by the individual, including verbally, or obtained through third parties within the relationship. Where healthcare is provided, health information necessary to manage the request and care may be collected through the relevant documents and forms.
3. Purposes and grounds for processing
Data are used to manage enquiries, commercial and contractual relationships, services, operational communications, administration, invoicing and payments, as well as legal obligations and the protection of the controller’s rights. Depending on the purpose, processing relies on a contract or pre-contractual steps, legal obligations and applicable legitimate interests. Health data are processed subject to the specific conditions governing healthcare. Promotional activities and promotional use of images require the separate choices described below.
4. Methods and security
Processing includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, analysis, updating, selection, retrieval, use, disclosure, restriction and erasure. Paper, electronic and online systems are used by authorised personnel and collaborators within their duties and instructions, with measures intended to protect confidentiality and security.

Data needed to manage the relationship and meet legal requirements must be provided to enable those activities. Failure to provide them may prevent a response or service delivery. Choices about marketing, disclosure to third parties for promotion and promotional use of images are separate from a request for care.

Personal data are not intended for indiscriminate publication. For promotional images, the company document provides for consent until written withdrawal, subject to applicable obligations and rights.

Where provided by law, individuals may request confirmation of processing, access and information about source, purposes, methods and recipients; correction, updating, completion, erasure or restriction; data portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing, and a complaint may be made to the Italian Data Protection Authority. 9. Separate choices and consents
The company form records separate choices about processing and disclosure for the service, commercial information and offers, market research and commercial statistics, disclosure to third parties for marketing and transmission to the Italian Sistema Tessera Sanitaria under the applicable rules. 10. Images, photographs and video
With specific consent, images may promote J-Care Srl activities and services through brochures, leaflets, posters and other printed materials; Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other company-managed channels; official websites, digital campaigns, presentations and promotional events. Rights of access, correction, erasure, objection and restriction remain available where provided by law.
