   Welcome to IVDrip.it, the official website of J-Care Srl. Before using our services, please carefully read these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to our website and the use of the services provided by J-Care Srl. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the site or use our services.
2. PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT
   These Terms constitute the legal agreement ("Agreement") between you (whether as a client or member) and J-Care Srl, a company registered in Italy. All services are provided in compliance with Italian and EU regulations.
3. CHANGES TO TERMS
   We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the ivdrip.itwebsite or via email. Your continued use of our services following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. SERVICES OFFERED
   J-Care Srl provides wellness services, including IV treatments, delivered in the comfort of your home, hotel, or wherever you are located, as well as in our Just-Care clinic. For a complete and updated list of available treatments, please consult the ivdrip.it website. Services may vary by location and are subject to change.
5. MINORS
   Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Any treatment for minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
6. MEMBERS AND GUESTS
   We define "members" as individuals who subscribe to a membership plan, and "guests" as those who purchase services on an a-la-carte basis. These Terms apply to both categories.
7. APPOINTMENT BOOKINGS
   Appointments for services must be booked in advance through ivdrip.it. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment will incur a €30 late cancellation fee.
8. CENTER RULES
   Each J-Care location may have its own rules and guidelines, which are posted at the respective location. Please follow these rules to ensure a safe and pleasant experience.
9. GIFT CARDS
   Gift cards are subject to their own terms and conditions, indicated at the time of purchase. Services purchased through gift cards are still governed by these Terms.
10. NO PETS
    Pets are not allowed in any of our facilities, with the exception of registered service animals.
11. LOSS OF PERSONAL ITEMS
    J-Care Srl is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings within our premises.
12. RETAIL PRODUCTS
    Retail products are final sale. However, merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if unused and in original condition.
13. PREPAID SERVICES
    Prepaid service packages are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits after this period will be forfeited.
14. MEMBERSHIPS
    Membership plans automatically renew each month unless canceled with a 30-day written notice. No refunds will be issued for unused credits.
15. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
    You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. This includes maintaining valid payment information.
16. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
    By using our services, you authorize J-Care Srl to charge your registered payment method for any applicable fees.
17. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
    J-Care Srl reserves the right to refuse service or terminate memberships for any reason not prohibited by law.
18. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT
    Our website may contain links to third-party websites, for which we are not responsible. Please review the terms of any third-party websites you access through ivdrip.it.
19. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
    Services are provided "as is," without any warranties. We do not guarantee that services will meet your specific expectations or that the website will be free of errors.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    J-Care Srl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
21. INDEMNIFICATION
    You agree to indemnify and hold J-Care Srl harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
22. DISPUTES
    In case of any disputes, please contact J-Care Srl directly. If the issue cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled through individual arbitration in accordance with Italian law.
23. BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION
    Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration, following Italian arbitration regulations.
24. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
    By using our services, you consent to receive communications electronically and agree that all agreements, notices, and other communications will be provided electronically.
25. GOVERNING LAW
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Milan, Italy.
26. GENERAL PROVISIONS
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and J-Care Srl. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
